General Terms

1.1 Platform Access
Access to zbz6 is provided subject to these Terms and subject to applicable laws in your jurisdiction. zbz6 makes no representation that its services are suitable or available in all geographic locations. It is your responsibility to verify that use of zbz6 is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering an account or placing any bet.
1.2 Language
All official platform communications, legal documents, support interactions, and game rules are provided in English. Where any translation is provided for informational purposes, the English version takes precedence in all cases of discrepancy.
Eligibility & Age Requirements

2.1 Age Verification (KYC)

Upon registration, and at any time thereafter at zbz6's discretion, you may be required to submit government-issued identification documents (such as a National ID card, passport, or driving licence) to verify your identity and confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement.
Until KYC verification is completed, zbz6 may apply restrictions to your account, including limits on withdrawal amounts or temporary suspension of certain features. zbz6 reserves the right to withhold funds pending satisfactory completion of identity verification.

Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements
During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
3.2 Single Account Policy
Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on zbz6. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where zbz6 identifies duplicate accounts, all accounts linked to that individual may be closed and all associated funds may be voided, including any bonuses or winnings accrued across those accounts.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your zbz6 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or allow any third party to access your account. zbz6 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate password security.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify zbz6's support team immediately via live chat on zbz6.app. zbz6 may temporarily suspend your account while an investigation is conducted.
3.4 Account Information Updates
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date. If your personal details change — including your email address, phone number, or payment method details — you must update your account profile promptly. zbz6 is not responsible for failed communications or delayed transactions resulting from outdated account information.
Deposits & Withdrawals
zbz6 supports a range of payment methods specifically selected for the Bangladesh market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Visa, and Mastercard. All financial transactions on the platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) using the ৳ symbol.
4.1 Deposits
The minimum deposit on zbz6 is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though zbz6 reserves the right to apply account-level or method-level deposit ceilings for security or compliance purposes. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your zbz6 account within 60 seconds of confirmation. zbz6 does not charge a processing fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own fees.
- Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
- zbz6 reserves the right to request verification of the payment method used for any deposit before processing a related withdrawal.
- Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your zbz6 account. Contact support immediately if you believe an error has occurred.
4.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount on zbz6 is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, wherever technically possible. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one to four hours during normal operating hours, though in some cases processing may take up to 24 hours.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to a verified account. KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is approved.
- zbz6 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal above ৳50,000.
- Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable. Only winnings derived from bonus funds after meeting applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.
- zbz6 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests where unusual account activity is detected.
4.3 Currency
All account balances, transactions, bonus amounts, and wagering requirements on zbz6 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Where a game studio displays amounts in another currency, zbz6 will apply the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
Bonus & Promotions
Welcome Bonus: New zbz6 members are eligible for a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The welcome bonus is available to players aged 18 and above only.
zbz6 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.
5.1 General Bonus Conditions
- Bonuses are credited in the form of bonus funds and are separate from real-money balance.
- Bonus funds must satisfy the applicable wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn as real money.
- Unless stated otherwise, bonuses may only be used on zbz6's eligible games as specified in each promotion's terms. Some game categories (e.g., certain live dealer tables) may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements.
- Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's terms.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except as provided by the applicable wagering requirement completion.
- zbz6 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a bonus is cancelled after a player has commenced wagering, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.
5.2 Abuse of Bonuses
zbz6 actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting wagering requirements through low-risk betting patterns designed to complete requirements without genuine game play risk; using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; and coordinating with other players to abuse referral or sharing bonuses. Where bonus abuse is identified, zbz6 reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings, and close the account.
5.3 Seasonal Promotions
zbz6 runs seasonal promotions tied to key Bangladesh calendar events including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26), as well as major cricket events including the BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup. Specific terms for each seasonal promotion will be published on the zbz6 promotions page at the time of the offer.
Betting Rules
The following rules apply to all sports betting and casino game activities conducted on zbz6. Game-specific rules for individual products (e.g., live baccarat, cricket in-play, slots) are published within each game or game category and form part of these Terms.
6.1 Sports Betting
- All bets are accepted subject to zbz6's prevailing odds at the time the bet is placed. Odds may change at any time before a bet is confirmed.
- A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet confirmation reference number from zbz6. In-play bets placed during a system delay may be voided at zbz6's discretion.
- zbz6 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where it becomes aware of match irregularities, result manipulation, or any other circumstances that compromise the integrity of the event.
- Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by account level.
- All cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Asia Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are subject to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB). In the event of an abandoned or shortened match, void/refund rules as published in the specific match market will apply.
6.2 Casino Games
- All casino games on zbz6 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by internationally audited game studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Spribe.
- Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each slot and casino game are published by the respective game studio. zbz6 does not alter RTP values from those certified by the studio.
- In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game, the round will be settled according to the rules of the applicable game and the state of the game at the point of disconnection. zbz6 is not responsible for losses resulting from disconnections caused by player-side connectivity issues.
- Any malfunction of casino game software that causes a game result to be displayed incorrectly will be voided. Wagers placed on a voided game round will be refunded to the player's account balance.
6.3 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on zbz6 and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of balance:
- Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or algorithms to place bets or interact with casino games.
- Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in zbz6's platform or any third-party game to gain an advantage.
- Collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.

- Placing bets on behalf of any third party, syndicate, or commercial betting operation.
Account Closure
7.1 Voluntary Closure
You may request the closure of your zbz6 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat on zbz6.app. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be completed and your remaining real-money balance will be returned to your designated payment method, subject to standard KYC and anti-money-laundering checks. Bonus balances that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
7.2 Closure by zbz6
zbz6 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
- Failure to complete KYC identity verification within the required timeframe.
- Suspicious account activity indicating money laundering, fraud, or collusion.

Where an account is closed by zbz6 due to a breach of these Terms, zbz6 reserves the right to void all bets and casino game results recorded on the account and to forfeit the account balance. Where zbz6 closes an account for reasons unrelated to player misconduct (e.g., a decision to cease operations in a particular region), any real-money balance will be returned to the player in full.
7.3 Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately by zbz6's support team with no waiting period. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in to your zbz6 account, and zbz6 will not send you marketing communications. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability

8.2 Accuracy of Information
While zbz6 takes all reasonable steps to ensure that odds, game results, account balances, and other information displayed on the platform are accurate, errors may occasionally occur. Where a manifest error is identified — including incorrectly displayed odds, erroneous game payouts, or inaccurate account credit — zbz6 reserves the right to void the affected transaction and correct the error without prior notice. zbz6 will notify affected players of any material correction applied to their account.
8.3 Third-Party Games and Services
zbz6 integrates games and services from third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. zbz6 is not responsible for errors, malfunctions, or outages within third-party game software, provided that zbz6 acts promptly to investigate and resolve any reported issue. In the event of a confirmed third-party software malfunction, affected game rounds will be voided and wagers refunded.
8.4 Maximum Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zbz6's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal basis of the claim, including contract, tort, negligence, or statutory liability.
8.5 Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless zbz6 and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the platform, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
8.6 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and general principles of commercial law.
